The Pro Football Writers of America (PFWA) on Tuesday named Bears defensive tackle Eddie Goldman and safety Adrian Amos to their 2015 NFL all-rookie team.
Adrian Amos was selected in the fifth round.
Goldman was chosen by the Bears in the second round of the draft out of Florida State. He recorded 39 tackles, 4.5 sacks and six tackles-for-loss while playing in the first 15 games with 12 starts before missing the season finale with an ankle injury.
Amos was selected by the Bears in the fifth round of the draft out of Penn State. He started all 16 games and led the team with 108 tackles while also registering three tackles-for-loss, one sack and four pass breakups.
The PFWA named Rams running back Todd Gurley its Rookie of the Year and Offensive Rookie of the Year and Chiefs cornerback Marcus Peters its Defensive Rookie of the Year.
The Bears also had two players named to the PFWA all-rookie team in 2014 when cornerback Kyle Fuller and punter Pat O'Donnell were honored.
