All guests are required to enter Bears home games at Soldier Field using a mobile ticket.

We strongly recommend the following important tips:
  • Add your ticket(s) to your phone's digital wallet in advance to avoid slow or weak Wi-Fi or cellular signals at the stadium
  • iPhone users must have iOS 16.4 or higher to add to Apple Wallet.
  • Make sure you have a full battery charge before you head to the stadium
  • If you are attending with guests, transfer (forward) each person their own ticket in advance

MANAGE MY TICKETS

Mobile tickets can be accessed via the free Chicago Bears Official App brought to you by Verizon. Single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster can download the free Chicago Bears Official App to access mobile tickets for entry. Season Ticket Holders and single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster will also be able to manage tickets via their online accounts. Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward), or sell tickets and will aid in efforts to reduce the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets

Updated Mobile App Information

Starting September 25, 2023, all fans will need to be on the latest version of the Chicago Bears Official App in order to access tickets through the app. This new version will support an updated version of Ticketmaster, which is required to access your tickets as well as any Season Ticket Holder Points information.

Apple Users

  • Users will need to be on iOS 16.4 or above
  • iOS 16.4 version is supported on iPhone 8 and above

Apple Checking iOS Version

  • Navigate to your iPhone's "Settings"
  • Tap on "General"
  • Tap on "About"
  • Look for "iOS Version"
  • If the iOS version is below 16.4 update your device

Please note: iOS 16.4 is only compatible with iPhones 8 and above

  • Navigate to your iPhones "Settings"

Devices that do not support iOS 16.4 (iPhone) or OS 8 (Android)

  • Users who have devices that do not support the required OS will still be able to access their tickets in the app through a web view. This will live in the app but look like you are on a web browser.
  • Users who have devices that do not support the required OS and have to use a web view to access their tickets will not be able to use My Bears Hub or access their STH points.

Download the Chicago Bears mobile app, available on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Within the app, go to Gameday and then Manage my Tickets to view your events and tickets.

Sign in using the email address and password associated with your Bears Ticket Account.

View Your Tickets

Once you have signed in, you will see a list of your upcoming games. Tap on the game you wish to access.

You will now see all of your tickets. If you are ready to enter the stadium, tap on 'view barcode' and the barcode for entry will display.

For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of time.

iOS: Add your ticket(s) to your wallet.

Android: Add your ticket(s) to your wallet. (GPay)

Your mobile ticket features the location of your seat and barcode. Present your ticket at the gate and the barcode will be scanned for entry.

If you have multiple tickets, swipe right and scan the additional barcodes for entry.

If your ticket is in your device's wallet, you will NOT see a barcode. Hold your device near the scanner at the gate for entry.

If you have not added your ticket to your device's wallet, you WILL see a barcode. Scan this for entry at the gate.

Transfer Your Tickets

Within the game ticket screen, tap the 'transfer' button.

(Please note that not all tickets are eligible for transfer. If they are not, the transfer option will be greyed out.)

Select the tickets you'd like to transfer and click 'Continue' at the bottom of the screen.

Transfer tickets to others by text message or email. You can manually enter the recipient's information or select from a list in your account.

Sell Your Tickets

Select a game from the list of your tickets and tap the 'sell' button on the bottom of the screen.

Please note that not all tickets are eligible for resale. If they are not, the resale option will not be shown.

If this is your first time selling tickets, you will be asked to create a Seller Profile. Once you fill out this information and confirm via email , tap 'Continue' to proceed.

After selecting the tickets you want to sell, enter your asking price.

Choose your payout method for the sale and then tap on 'confirm' to complete the listing.

Accept Tickets

Click on Accept Tickets in the email or text message received. If you have the Bears app installed, you can accept tickets in the 'Manage My Tickets' section.

Sign in to your account via mobile web to accept and view your tickets.

Select Accept. For ease of entry at the gate, add your ticket to your device's wallet ahead of time.

Please Note: You must login with the same account your tickets were emailed to. If you need to create an account use the same email address used to receive your tickets.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get the Bears app?

The Chicago Bears mobile App can be downloaded for free on Apple or Android devices, or by searching for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Can I still print my tickets from home?

No. As part of a league-wide initiative, the Bears have replaced the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Fans can enter the stadium using mobile tickets via the free Chicago Bears Official App.

What if I don't have a smartphone?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Bears ticket office at 847-615-2327 or ticket.office@bears.nfl.net for assistance.

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes. When accessing your tickets through your account, tap on the game, and you will be able to swipe right to left through your available tickets. We strongly encourage saving your tickets to your phone's Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

What if I need help on gameday?

You may visit the ticket office located outside Gate 10 on the Southeast corner of Soldier Field on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

If I purchased my tickets from Ticketmaster, can I still access them through the Bears app?

Yes, you will be able to access your tickets via the Bears App by entering your email address and Ticketmaster password. Alternately, you can access Ticketmaster.com via your browser.

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket to enter Soldier Field?

No, screenshots of tickets or any ticket produced by an unauthorized source will not be accepted. You can access your tickets through the Bears App, or http://chicagobears.com/sth on your phone's browser, or from your smartphone's mobile wallet - Apple wallet for iPhone users; Google Pay for Android users.

I have routinely transferred tickets to friends/coworkers in the past. Has that process changed?

The process to transfer a ticket has not changed. However, the recipient will only be able to access tickets for entry via mobile device. The ability to print tickets at home (a PDF) is no longer available. We encourage you to communicate in advance with whomever you may transfer tickets to and make sure they have a smartphone device to accept and view tickets.

What if my entire party is not with me when I enter Soldier Field?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Soldier Field. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.

What if I don't have the Bears Mobile App?

You can also access your mobile tickets through the Internet browser on your smartphone. Click here to log in to your account through the My Chicago Bears AccountManager website.
