With the help of former defensive tackle Anthony "Spice" Adams, the Bears surprised Yorkville High School senior Paris Strickland as the 2026 Collin Wehr Scholarship recipient. 

The Chicago Bears have named defensive lineman Andrew Billings as the team's recipient of the 2025 Ed Block Courage Award. This annual honor recognizes a player from the club who embodies the qualities of Ed Block: courage, compassion, commitment and community service.
