Mini Monsters

The Mini Monsters Clinic brought to you by Advocate Health Care is a free youth program that stresses the importance of healthy eating, physical activity and proper hydration through fun, non-contact football drills. This free 90-minute clinic is available on select weekdays from April-October. We can also work to schedule indoor clinics during the Mini Monsters off-season for smaller groups if our schedule allows it. We are open to requests from youth organizations, schools and NFL Flag football programs. Each clinic is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 7-12 (2nd grade-7th grade). Each clinic requires a minimum of 100 youth participants and a maximum of 200. If your organization has more than 200 youth interested, arrangements for a second session can be made.

Please Note: The completion of this form does not guarantee we will be able to fulfill your request. Clinics are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. If you have received a clinic with the Chicago Bears in the past 2 years, please submit another form and understand that you will be put on a waiting list for future availability.

For any questions or concerns regarding the Mini Monsters Football Clinic, please contact the Chicago Bears Community Relations department at 847-739-5494.
