SCHEDULING: Staley is available for a limited number of appearances, depending on the time of year requests are made. Staley is not available on the days of Bears home games. Staley will require 1-2 fifteen minute breaks per hour depending on the environment and physical requirements of the appearance.

REQUIREMENTS: Please provide a small room or secluded area as a Mascot changing room. (Please note: A restroom is NOT a proper changing room)

PARKING INFORMATION: Parking within a close proximity to the venue or valet must be provided. All parking fees will need to be reimbursed on site. (Please note most parking garages cannot accommodate Staley's van clearance height of 9'6")

Each request will receive fair and consistent consideration and will be confirmed based on availability and policies. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. Appearance requests are generally confirmed within ten (10) days of receiving your completed request form. All non-school related requests can be submitted 90 days in advance of your event. All school-related appearance requests can be made 6 months in advance.
