Do I need a game ticket to access The International Room or The City Room?
Yes. A United Club game ticket is required for all guests. In addition to your game ticket, your mobile pass will be scanned to gain admittance to the room.
Is food and beverage included in the price of the pass?
Yes. Each room offers guests a premium dining experience including food and beverage in the price of the pass. In The City Room, select top shelf options are available for additional purchase.
What are the gameday hours of service?
Each room is open before, during, and after Bears home games. Doors open two hours prior to kickoff and will close in line with the United Club. Please note, closing times may vary based on the start time of the game. Service of alcohol will begin two (2) hours prior to kickoff and conclude as follows: 4:00pm for games with a kickoff time of 12:00pm; 7:25pm for games with a kickoff time of 3:25pm; 10:30pm for games with a kickoff time of 7:00pm; and 11:15pm for games with a kickoff time of 7:20pm or 7:30pm. All times are subject to change at the discretion of stadium management.
Do guests have in-and-out privileges to the room throughout the game?
Yes, pass holders will receive a wristband upon check-in allowing convenient access to the exclusive room throughout the game.
Is there a view of the field from the rooms?
Each room is a private lounge located on the 100 Level of the United Club. There is not a view of the field from either room, however, there are TVs that will keep you close to the game action.
What happens if I cannot attend a game? Can I transfer or share my passes?
Yes. Each mobile pass may be transferred to a guest through the Bears App and your Bears Account Manager. The recipient must also have a United Club ticket to access the room.
