Pick: Minnesota defensive tackle Ra'shede Hageman
Analysis: "The Bears already added Willie Young and Lamarr Houston as end pass rushers. Now they can use the draft to bulk up the center of their defensive line. Acquiring the 6-6, 310-pound Hageman, a massive presence in the middle, does just that."

Pick: Minnesota defensive tackle Ra'shede Hageman
Analysis: "Taking Hageman at this point would be considered a reach by some, but the Bears' porous defense desperately needs size and athleticism along the frontline."

Pick: Florida State defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan
Analysis: "This pick is expected to be either defensive line or secondary and with no interior defensive lineman drafted to this point, the Bears could have their pick of the litter. Jernigan has the versatility and well-rounded style that might attract Chicago."

Analysis: "He'll complement Tim Jennings nicely and slide right into Devin Hester's role on returns."

Pick: Michigan State cornerback Darqueze Dennard
Analysis: "Rumors are Dennard could slip on draft day, but as of now, I'll stick with him being arguably the safest of the cornerbacks to start early in the NFL and for a long time. The Bears need some youth at cornerback and Dennard can contribute situationally and fit into the lineup as injuries/fatigue set in during the year."

Analysis: "Hard to find upside for an interior pass rusher, and Donald has it."

Analysis: "The Bears signed two likely starting DEs in free agency and should go the draft route to shore up weak interior."

Analysis: "Donald is undersized, but he has rare explosiveness and instincts for the position."

Pick: Pittsburgh defensive tackle Aaron Donald
Analysis: "Some believe they need a bigger stout guy to clog up the middle. Get one in a later round, because there are a number of third-day wide bodies. Donald is an elite pass rusher and one-gap penetrator with almost 100 plays made behind the line of scrimmage."

Pick: Pittsburgh defensive tackle Aaron Donald
Analysis: "The Bears have already taken significant strides to upgrade their defensive line, signing Lamarr Houston, Willie Young and Jared Allen, but I still think Donald would be a great pick here. His addition would really solidify the line, as Donald is a perfect fit as the classic 3-technique defensive tackle in the Tampa 2 system, which is the most important position in that scheme. He has elite first-step quickness and is very disruptive as both a run defender and pass-rusher, and he is a great finisher when he does get into the backfield."

Analysis: "They've added some nice pieces at end, so why not one more inside?"

Pick: Louisville safety Calvin Pryor
Analysis: "Given the additions of defensive linemen Lamarr Houston, Jared Allen and Willie Young via agency, the Bears are likely to focus on the back seven in the draft. Pryor's instincts and physicality would make him a welcomed addition to a beleaguered deep patrol."

Matt Smith, NFL.com (updated April 3)
Pick: Florida State defensive tackle Timmy Jernigan
Analysis: "Donald is a better fit, but he's off the board. Jernigan isn't a bad consolation prize at a position of need."
