The Bears on Tuesday announced their 2019 preseason opponents and weekends.

The reigning NFC North champions will kick off their preseason schedule by hosting the Carolina Panthers the weekend of Aug. 8-11 at Soldier Field.

The Bears will then play back-to-back road contests at the New York Giants the weekend of Aug. 15-18 and at the Indianapolis Colts the weekend of Aug. 22-25.

The Bears will close their preseason slate by hosting the Tennessee Titans Thursday, Aug. 29 at Soldier Field.

All four of Chicago's preseason games will be produced and broadcast by the Chicago Bears Network and aired live on FOX32 in Chicago and stations throughout the Midwest. Exact dates and times for those contests will be announced at a later date.

Calling the action on FOX32 for the second consecutive season will be Adam Amin (play-by-play), Jim Miller (color analyst) and Lou Canellis (sideline). All games will also air on WBBM Radio 780 AM and 105.9 FM with Jeff Joniak (play-by-play), Tom Thayer (color analyst) and Mark Grote (sideline reporter).

As a reminder, new this year, entry to Bears games and events at Soldier Field will be via mobile tickets only. Ticket purchasers will have access to manage their tickets on their mobile devices or online, including the ability to share tickets with guests, donate tickets or post tickets for resale.

Mobile ticketing is intended to significantly reduce fraud and provide additional opportunities for enhanced customer experiences. The free Chicago Bears Official App brought to you by Verizon is available for Android and iOS devices. To download, search for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Last season the Bears went 2-3 in the preseason, beating the Broncos and Chiefs and losing to the Ravens, Bengals and Bills.

The Bears will kick off the NFL's 100th regular season by hosting the Green Bay Packers on Thursday night, Sept. 5. The rest of the regular-season schedule is expected to be announced later this month.

In addition to opening against the Packers, the Bears will also host the Lions, Vikings, Cowboys, Giants, Chiefs, Chargers and Saints at Soldier Field. The Bears will play the Raiders in London and also visit the Lions, Packers, Vikings, Eagles, Redskins, Broncos and Rams.
