Four Bears starters are listed as questionable on the injury report for Thursday night's home game against the Giants: Linebacker Lance Briggs (foot/hip), cornerback Charles Tillman (knee), tight end Martellus Bennett (knee) and defensive tackle Stephen Paea (toe).
"We'll know more tomorrow," coach Marc Trestman said Wednesday at Halas Hall. "We're optimistic they'll all be there, but we don't know for sure."

Three Giants starters have been ruled out: center David Baas (neck), running back David Wilson (neck) and cornerback Corey Webster (groin). Defensive tackle Linval Joseph (ankle) and tight end Brandon Myers (ankle) are questionable.
Roster addition: The Bears on Wednesday placed defensive tackle Nate Collins on injured reserve and promoted Christian Tupou from the practice squad to the active roster.
Collins sustained a torn ACL in the third quarter of Sunday's loss to the Saints. He appeared in five games with two starts this season, recording 12 tackles, one sack and one tackle-for-loss.
Tupou originally signed with the Bears in May. He appeared in all four preseason games, registering four tackles and one sack, before being waived Aug. 30. The 6-2, 290-pound rookie appeared in 41 games with 32 starts in five seasons at USC, compiling 53 tackles and seven tackles-for-losses.
Good cause: Bears receiver Brandon Marshall will wear lime green cleats in Thursday night's game to raise awareness for mental health issues. In 2010, he was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.
Marshall told reporters that the $5,000 fine he will receive from the NFL for wearing the green spikes, along with the proceeds from an auction of the autographed shoes, will go directly to promoting mental health.
Marshall is also asking the NFL to partner with his foundation during breast cancer awareness month to identify a charity that focuses on helping women cope with the mental anguish a breast cancer diagnosis has on a family.
Scoring changes: The NFL announced two scoring changes Wednesday after reviewing tape of Sunday's Bears-Saints game.
Tillman was credited with his second forced fumble of the season and the 41st of his career when he stripped running back Pierre Thomas after a short reception early in the second quarter. Thomas recovered the loose ball.
The NFL also changed a Briggs sack to a running play. Quarterback Drew Brees bobbled a shotgun snap he was not expecting and scrambled forward, losing two yards.
