The Bears have announced partnerships with J.C. Anderson, Inc. and Jones Lang LaSalle for their new downtown office space, which will relocate staff members based out of Soldier Field to 123 N. Wacker Dr. In addition to being team partners, J.C. Anderson will serve as the team's general contractor and JLL has served as the organization's property broker. HOK is the architect for the downtown office space, along with the previously announced Halas Hall expansion project.

"Relocating our downtown offices creates an exciting opportunity for our staff to work in the heart of the city, where we'll be closer to our partners and have workspace that will allow for stronger collaboration and future growth," said Bears President and CEO Ted Phillips. "We are very thankful to JLL for their help in our search and look forward to designing progressive Chicago Bears offices with J.C. Anderson and HOK."

The team's existing office space at Soldier Field will be upgraded and repurposed as conference rooms and internal gameday use. Approximately 30 staff members will be relocated to the 11,000-square-foot leased office space at 123 N. Wacker Dr. in the summer of 2018; a select group of staff will continue working from the stadium.

"J.C. Anderson, Inc. is thrilled to be the Chicago Bears' interiors general contractor," said J.C. Anderson COO Steve Boulukos. "As a family-owned firm with 139 years of serving the Chicagoland community, we share the Bears' unwavering commitment to quality. JCA looks forward to teaming on the new loop office which embodies their rich heritage and forward thinking."

Situated on the southeast corner of Randolph and Wacker, the 30-story office building is located within blocks of Union Station, Ogilvie Transportation Center and various CTA stations, along with convenient proximity to highway and Lake Shore Drive access. The building includes a state-of-the-art tenant fitness center and personal daily laundry service and is also undergoing renovations to the tenant lounge, conferencing center, private tenant roof deck, bicycle storage and concierge services. "The Chicago Bears organization has experienced staffing growth and as a result, this occupancy search was about relocation to a prominent, centralized location while creating a first-class office space for current and future employees," said JLL Managing Director David Miller, who led the site search. "We were able to work closely with the Bears to relocate into a terrific space, inside a building that is undergoing some really exciting transformational changes and all right in the heart of the Chicago Loop. The move to 123 N. Wacker is going to provide employees with the opportunity to work in a modern, collaborative workplace environment while also being in a central location that serves as a great connection point to access public transportation."
