As far as one NFL columnist is concerned, the Bears will look good on the field this season regardless of how they fare in the standings.
ESPN.com's Paul Lukas believes that the Bears have the best uniform in the NFL and the second best in all four major sports behind only the Montreal Canadiens.
In his "Uni Watch Power Rankings," Lukas writes: "True, the helmet design is starting to look a tad dated. But the striped sleeves, striped socks (now a rarity in the NFL, alas), unique number font, and even the perma-memorial to Papa Bear all score major points, and the Bears may be the only team in the league who look as sharp on the road as they do at home. The cream of the NFL crop."
The only other NFL teams in his top 10 are the Packers (sixth) and Steelers (seventh). The St. Louis Cardinals are third, with the Chicago Cubs fourth and the Boston Bruins fifth.
