The Bears on Wednesday re-signed defensive lineman C.J. Wilson to a one-year contract.

The 29-year-old has appeared in 84 games with 20 starts over seven NFL seasons with the Packers (2010-13), Raiders (2014-15), Lions (2015) and Bears (2016), recording 122 tackles, 7.5 sacks and 17 tackles-for-loss.
Wilson made his Bears debut last Nov. 20 and played in six of the team's final seven games with one start in place of injured nose tackle Eddie Goldman, registering 11 tackles, one sack and two tackles-for-loss.
Wilson was selected by the Packers in the seventh round of the 2010 draft out of East Carolina. He appeared in 50 games with 11 starts over four seasons with Green Bay, compiling 52 tackles and 3.5 sacks.
Wilson is the 11th free agent to re-sign with the Bears, joining cornerback Johnthan Banks, kicker Connor Barth, guard Eric Kush, safety Chris Prosinski, linebacker Christian Jones, receiver Joshua Bellamy, tight end Daniel Brown, defensive back Bryce Callahan, long-snapper Patrick Scales and quarterback Connor Shaw.
In addition, the Bears have signed 10 free agents from other NFL teams: tight end Dion Sims, quarterback Mike Glennon, receivers Markus Wheaton and Kendall Wright, safety Quintin Demps, cornerbacks Prince Amukamara and Marcus Cooper, tackle Tom Compton, defensive lineman John Jenkins and running back/kick returner Benny Cunningham.
