Tacotlán is a Mexican restaurant opened in 2018 by a father-daughter duo, Everardo Macias and Jessica Perjes. The restaurant offers various Mexican cuisines, including Torta de Birria, Birria Nachos, Birria Ramen and the most popular dish on the menu, the Quesabirria. Quesabirria is a birria-style cooked beef folded into a crispy tortilla with melted cheese and served with a side of consommé for dipping. Tacotlán also hosts private and public events throughout the year, including Workout Parties and a supporting club for women, a space where women get together to empower other women. Tacotlán also offers delivery through 3rd party delivery service and catering service (except Monday) for every type of event. Next time you're looking for a new spot to eat, visit Tacotlán in the Northwest Side of Chicago's Hermosa neighborhood at 4312 W. Fullerton Ave., or visit tacotlan.com.
"Being part of the Chicago Bears' Small Business All-Pro is such a great opportunity for Tacotlán," Perjes said. "We started as a typical mom and pop shop and now we are truly on the cusp of taking ourselves to the next level by making Tacotlán a household name."
