DeCicco appeared in all 16 games for the Bears last season as a rookie after arriving as an undrafted free agent from Pittsburgh, finishing second on the team with 17 special teams tackles. The 6-4, 230-pounder was waived by the Bears on Aug. 29.

Trahan spent the first 12 weeks of last season on the Bears practice squad before recording five special teams tackles in the final five games. He was waived Sept. 8 and then re-signed to the practice squad two days later, where he remained until being elevated to the 53-man roster last Wednesday. Trahan played on special teams in Sunday's loss to the Seahawks.

The Bears on Tuesday also re-signed fullback Harvey Unga to the practice squad and terminated the practice squad contract of undrafted rookie quarterback Matt Blanchard.

Unga spent the first four weeks of the season on the Bears practice squad and has been with the team the last three preseasons but has not appeared in a regular season game.
