The Bears on Wednesday announced that, new for the 2018 season, preseason and regular-season single-game tickets will go on sale one hour after the NFL regular-season schedule is announced by the league. Exact timing will be announced soon.
Fans may purchase tickets through Ticketmaster online or by phone at 800-745-3000 (800-943-4327 for the hearing impaired). Ticketmaster is once again the best destination for fans to safely purchase tickets to Bears games at Soldier Field this season. Ticket limits and prices will vary by game. Demand-based pricing will be used again this season for all single-game tickets. The Chicago Bears prefer Visa.
Before the public on-sale, there are two opportunities for fans that aren't already Season Ticket Holders to purchase tickets early. Fans who have joined the Season Ticket Priority List will have an exclusive opportunity to participate in a presale at a preferred price one hour before the public on-sale. Joining the Priority List guarantees fans the opportunity to purchase tickets to two 2018 games (one preseason, one regular season) at Soldier Field at a lower price than the general public on-sale. The deadline to register for the Season Ticket Holder Priority List and be included in this presale opportunity is Monday, April 16 at 11:59 p.m. For more information, please visit ChicagoBears.com/tickets.
In addition, users of the free Chicago Bears Official App brought to you by Verizon will also have the opportunity to purchase single-game tickets 30 minutes before the general public. This presale will begin when the Bears send app users a push notification with a code to access the presale shortly after the schedule is announced. To be certain that the push notification is received, users are urged to turn on push notifications for ticket alerts in the app by tapping on "More" and then "Settings." The Chicago Bears Official App can be downloaded here.
A limited number of single-game suites for Bears games at Soldier Field will be available this season. For more information, please contact the Suite Sales Department at suitesales@Bears.nfl.net or 847-739-5330.
As part of a league-wide initiative, the Bears are replacing the print-at-home PDF ticket option with mobile ticketing. PDF tickets will no longer be valid for entry. Bears Season Ticket Holders will still receive printed tickets in the mail and can enter the stadium using their printed tickets or mobile tickets via the free Chicago Bears Official App. Single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster can download the free Chicago Bears Official App to access mobile tickets for entry or request that tickets be left at will call or mailed to them for a minimal fee. Season Ticket Holders and single-game ticket buyers through Ticketmaster will also be able to manage tickets via their online accounts. Mobile ticketing will allow ticket holders to conveniently manage, transfer (forward) or sell tickets and will aid in efforts to reduce the risk of lost or counterfeit tickets. The Chicago Bears Official App is available for Android and iOS devices. To download, search for the "Chicago Bears" app in Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Wheelchair seating is available for each home game through Ticketmaster. Should the wheelchair seating allocation through Ticketmaster become exhausted, fans with disabilities are encouraged to proceed with the purchase of conventional seating – if available – then call the Chicago Bears Ticket Office at 847-615-BEAR (2327) to arrange an exchange.
