BOURBONNAIS, Ill. – Fans will get their first glimpse of the 2019 Bears at Soldier Field this Saturday at the 2019 Meijer Chicago Bears Family Fest.
The event will include practice, which begins at 7 p.m., and fireworks brought to you by PNC after the workout. Tickets are $10 (plus applicable fees) and are available at ChicagoBears.com/familyfest.
Online ticket sales will end at 4:30 p.m. Saturday; after 4:30 p.m. that day, tickets will only be available for purchase at the Soldier Field box office outside of Gate 10. All tickets will be mobile-only entry. Group tickets (20+) can also be purchased by contacting the Bears Ticket Office at 847-615-BEAR (2327). Payments can be made via credit card (the Chicago Bears prefer Visa).
Parking lots will open at 3 p.m. and the End Zone, which is an interactive area located at the Stadium Green outside of Gate 6, will open at 4:30 p.m. Gates to Soldier Field are scheduled to open at 5 p.m.
The End Zone will include appearances by Staley Da Bear, Chicago Bears Drumline brought to you by The Pride Stores and Monster Squad brought to you by Planters, in addition to a live music performance by UltraBeat on the Miller Lite Stage.
Alumni appearances are scheduled to include Mark Carrier, Dennis McKinnon, Zach Miller, James "Big Cat" Williams and Chris Zorich. The area will also feature pony rides, a petting zoo, field-goal kick, rock wall, face painting, video game truck, bounce house, first-and-goal bungee run, football toss, a stilt walker and other interactive displays.
Kids can participate in a Mini Monsters Clinic brought to you by Advocate Health Care and check out tents featuring the Chicago Bears Kids Club brought to you by Jewel-Osco and Crib Club brought to you by PNC.
All outdoor activities are weather permitting.
Activities inside the stadium on the concourse will run from 5-9 p.m. and include a touchscreen graffiti wall, DJ Boy Wonder on the Dr Pepper Patio, Staley's Corner (face painting, Bears Giant Lite Brite and Letters to Staley) and the Mighty Matchup brought to you by Undeniably Dairy. The Advocate Health Care Nursing Pod will be available and located inside Soldier Field across from Gate 25.
