Who was Bears' MVP of training camp?

There were several players that impressed me on the practice field in Bourbonnais this summer, but no one more so than Khalil Mack. I know I'm not exactly going out on a limb here, but the All-Pro outside linebacker was constantly in the backfield, pressuring the quarterback or disrupting a run play. To me, Mack is the most talented player on the Bears and also one of the team's hardest workers. His play and attitude make everyone around him better, both his defensive teammates and the offensive players he battles in individual and team drills. Other players who impressed me in training camp included receivers Allen Robinson II and Javon Wims, running back David Montgomery, cornerback Prince Amukamara and safety Eddie Jackson.
I don't recall reading about any fights in training camp this year. It's not possible that there weren't any fisticuffs, is it?

For the first time that I can remember, there wasn't a single fight during a training camp practice. The closest the Bears came to having one was during the final workout on Sunday when guard Kyle Long and defensive tackle Akiem Hicks had to be separated by teammates. No punches were thrown, so I don't count that as a fight. It was more of a kerfuffle. (I love that word by the way.) Here's what coach Matt Nagy had to say on Sunday about not having any fights during camp: "It's really good. We got a little bit testy there today. A little bit. But if the guys aren't getting testy after banging helmets on every play all the time, it's just inevitable. They're competitive players who want to do well. And so when you have that going on, there's usually some stuff going on. And we didn't have that. That's a credit to high character guys.
The Bears play the Giants this week in the second preseason game and they see them again in Week 12 this year in the regular season. When was the last time the Bears played a team in preseason that the met later in the regular season?

It actually happened last year as well. The Bears lost their preseason finale to the Buffalo Bills 28-27 at Soldier Field on Aug. 30 and later beat the Bills 41-9 on Nov. 4 in Buffalo.
