Tickets for the 2013 Comcast Bears Family Fest presented by Chase are now on sale through Ticketmaster. The event will be held at Soldier Field on Saturday, Aug. 3, giving fans a chance to watch Bears practice followed by a fireworks show.
Tickets cost $8-12 and are available by phone, internet and all Ticketmaster outlets. Fans may charge by phone at (800) 745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. Group tickets for 20 or more can also be purchased by contacting the Bears ticket office at (847) 615-BEAR (2327). Seating for Family Fest is reserved.
Activities outside Soldier Field will begin at 3 p.m., including a live band, Staley Da Bear's 10th birthday party, radio station remote broadcasts, kids' games, sponsor booths and giveaways.
Gates to the stadium will open at 5 pm with player introductions and practice beginning at about 6:45 p.m. The evening will conclude with a live fireworks show.
Throughout the event, fans will have a chance to purchase merchandise at the Bears Pro Shop and will receive a scratch-off card for the opportunity to win Bears prizes, discounts on merchandise and a chance to receive an autograph from a player on the field after practice.
