With the Bears set to host a playoff game at Soldier Field, the team is urging fans to purchase tickets and parking passes only from verified sources.

The official ticketing partners of the Bears and the NFL are Ticketmaster and the NFL Ticket Exchange.

Fans who bought season parking pass booklets for 1) the Southwest parking facilities at McCormick Place, 2) through the season ticket holder random selection process, or 3) through the Soldier Field Premium Space program before the season did NOT prepay for playoff games.

To enter Soldier Field parking lots for playoff games, coupon holders with these passes will need to provide their pass and pay the fee equal to the per-game rate charged for this season. All lots accept cash and credit cards. Debit cards will not be accepted.

Fans driving to the game are encouraged to arrive early to allow for coupon/payment processing and vehicle screening if parking in the North Garage. Lots open four hours before kickoff.

For more information about gameday parking and to securely purchase parking passes, please visit soldierfieldparking.com or call the Soldier Field Parking Hotline at (312) 235-7724. Parking coupon availability information will be available after the playoff game date has been determined.

Purchases through unauthorized third-party sources cannot be verified and may turn out to be counterfeit or tickets/parking not valid for entry. Fans should avoid making ticket or parking purchases from Craigslist sellers, as many counterfeits are coming from this source.

Additionally, fans are encouraged to arrive at Soldier Field gates more than 30 minutes before kickoff to cut down on wait times as they enter the stadium.

Please contact the Bears ticket office at 847-615-BEAR (2327) with any additional questions or visit ChicagoBears.com/tickets.
