As part of our Wednesday Weigh-In feature, we asked Bears fans to let us know who or what they thought was most impressive from the Bears division-clinching win against the Packers. Here are some of the responses we received:
The win Sunday was a collective win by The team, fans and the City of Chicago.
Reg
Chicago
Mitchell Trubisky with calm and precise decision making & Leonard Floyd's relentless pursuit on every play!
Hillis
N Charleston, SC
The unity and the ability to handle business and have fun.
Meagan
Hanover Park
How dominant the defense was against one of the all time great QBs.
Matthew
Hobart, IN
Have to give it up for the offensive line! Opened holes for Tarik, Jordan, and plenty of protection for Mitchell! And managed a proposal after the game before going on to Club Dub!
Bob
Upstate NY
What impressed me most was the defense rallying when the offense turned the ball over at a critical moment. That's how this unit has played all season, dialing it up when it looks like there could be a big momentum swing the other way.
Will
Austin, TX
The transformation of the overall talent level on this roster is amazing. If Ryan Pace doesn't win Exec of the year, they should abolish the award.
Jim
Leonard Floyd. He really stepped up and looked like a veteran that game. He was just consistently getting pressure and it was probably his best game of his career.
Luke
Nashville, TN
Leonard Floyd. He had 2 sacks and had his hands on a few more if it wasn't for the elusiveness of Aaron Rodgers. He will be a major key part to a Super Bowl run, and he's healthy!!
Tai
Sarasota, FL
Josh Bellamy, the unsung hero! Forcing the Packers into long drives due to solid Special Teams play. Also, THAT CATCH!!! That's how you show up in a game of this magnitude!
Brandon
Tacoma, WA
Coach Nagy, he has brought chemistry to the team and that's what wins championships!! Go Bears!!!!!
Andrew
Chicago
Khalil Mack. Anyone who can get a sack going backwards has a great will to win. He plays both the run and pass at an all-pro level.
Jeff
Shelbyville, IL
Tarik Cohen by far, with special team play, running with a mission and catching a pass, turning it into a touchdown. Tarik, is the MAN!!!
David
Bolingbrook
I was most impressed by the Bears' ability to recapture momentum after the Packers tied the game. There was no panic or 'here we go again' gloom. That's the mental fortitude of a team that can win in the playoffs.
Craig
Ottawa, ON
Bobby Massie's lights out blocking and control of Clay Matthews, and the o-line in general's protection of Trubisky.
Morgan
Peoria
I would have to say JoHo (Jordan Howard). He ran 19 times for 60 yards and a TD. Not the best stats out there but because of his ability to make those tough runs the offense stayed on field keep ARod off the field.
David
Schaumburg
The unsung heroes ...Eddie Goldman and Bilal Nichols ....as long as the other teams key in on Mack and Floyd, these guys should tear up the trenches
KB
St. Louis, MO
Eddie Jackson's interception of Aaron Rodgers, he just sees where the ball goes before it gets there.
Douglas
Frankford, DE
I was impressed by Sherrick McManis in place of the injured Bryce Callahan. Not that I expected him to play poorly but I just love his "next man up" mentality and didn't skip a beat on Defense.
Patrick
Shenzhen, China
The fans. In my time following the team, I've never heard and seen the fans make such an impact to the game!
