Gould raising money for tornado victims via auction

One week after donating his time and energy to help victims of the tornados that recently ripped through Illinois, Bears kicker Robbie Gould is providing more assistance.

Robbie Gould's shoes, which he used to beat the Ravens in overtime and has since autographed, are being auctioned off to help tornado victims.

Through his Goulden Touch foundation, Gould is auctioning off a package that includes a one-hour private kicking lesson as well as the shoes he wore to boot a game-winning field goal against the Baltimore Ravens Nov. 17 at Soldier Field.

Fans can bid on what's billed as the "Ultimate Robbie Gould Experience" through Dec. 12. Funds raised will benefit victims of the tornadoes.

Last week, Gould organized a trip to Coal City, where he was among seven current and former Bears players who spent the day supporting the America Red Cross' tornado relief efforts. Coal City is located about 60 miles southwest of Chicago.

Gould was joined by defensive backs Zack Bowman and Sherrick McManis, linebacker Blake Costanzo, and former Bears Anthony Adams, Rashied Davis and Tom Zbikowski.

The group boarded a bus at Halas Hall and traveled to the United Methodist Church in Coal City, where they helped serve meals and distribute supplies from an American Red Cross Emergency Response Vehicle.
