One-on-one interview with John Fox

MOBILE, Ala. – Bears coach John Fox hopes to strike gold with a player he's watched this week at the Senior Bowl like he did in 2011 in his first season as Broncos coach.

Denver spent the second overall pick in the draft that year on outside linebacker Von Miller, a five-time Pro Bowler who was named MVP of Super Bowl 50 after leading the Broncos to a 24-10 over the Carolina Panthers.

"We spent some time with him [at the Senior Bowl] and ended up taking him with the second pick in the draft," Fox said in a one-on-one interview with ChicagoBears.com from the Senior Bowl. "He's a great player who played in this game. We had a chance to see him operate out on the field. To see the enthusiasm and the work ethic he had just in practice says a lot about a guy that they're committed to getting better every day."

During the interview with ChicagoBears.com, Fox also discussed what it's like to reunite with the NFL people he sees every year in Mobile and how Senior Bowl week is basically a job fair not only for top pro prospects but coaches as well.
