The Bears on Monday signed safety Marqui Christian to their practice squad.
Christian was suspended by the NFL for the first two games of the season. He originally signed with the Bears Aug. 12 and remained with the team until being placed on the reserve/suspended list Sept. 5.
Christian spent the past four seasons with the Los Angeles Rams, appearing in 55 games with one start and recording 83 tackles and three pass breakups. The 5-11, 207-pounder registered 36 tackles each of the past two years.
Christian was selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the fifth round of the 2016 draft out of Midwestern State. He was waived by the Cardinals Sept. 27, 2016 and claimed by the Rams the next day.
