The longtime teammates and close friends are slated to be available for photo opportunities at Joe's Bar Rooftop from 7-7:45 p.m. and will make a stage appearance at 8:15 p.m.
The block party will be open from noon-10 p.m. in Chicago's Weed Street District, right off the North and Clybourn Red Line. Fans of all ages are invited to the free, festival-style event which will feature photo opportunities, tailgate food, cold drinks, exclusive Bears prizes and live music.
Timeflies is scheduled to play from 9-10 p.m. with other bands performing throughout the day, including Sir the Baptist, The Boy Band Night, Sidewalk Chalk, Cowboy Jukebox and Red-Handed Thieves.
Fans are encouraged to download the Bears Mobile App brought to you by Verizon to redeem a free gift from Miller Lite at the event (while supplies last, must be at least 21).
