The Bears will host the San Francisco 49ers Sunday at Soldier Field. Here's how you can watch and listen to the contest, which kicks off at noon (CT).

The game will be televised regionally on Fox with Adam Amin (play-by-play), Greg Olsen (analyst) and Pam Oliver (sideline).
According to 506sports.com, the Bears-49ers game will be broadcast in the red parts of the map below.

RADIO
The game will be available across the country on SiriusXM Channels 225 and 805. For Bears news, talk, analysis and more, listen to SiriusXM NFL Radio Ch. 88.
The game can be heard locally on WBBM Newsradio 780 AM and 105.9 FM with Jeff Joniak (play-by-play), former Bears guard Tom Thayer (analyst) and Mark Grote (sideline). A Spanish-language broadcast will also be available on TUDN 1200 AM and Latino Mix 93.5 FM with Omar Ramos (play-by-play) and Miguel Esparza (analyst).

(10) Houston-Carson preserves pair of wins

Reserve defensive back DeAndre Houston-Carson preserved back-to-back victories by breaking up a Tom Brady fourth-down pass in a 20-19 win over the Buccaneers and intercepting a Teddy Bridgewater pass to clinch a 23-16 victory over the Panthers.

(9) Trubisky makes history
Sept. 30 and Oct. 14, 2018
Mitchell Trubisky joined Hall of Famer Sid Luckman as the only Bears quarterbacks to pass for nine touchdowns in two games; Trubisky threw six TD passes in a 48-10 rout of the Buccaneers and followed after the bye week with three TD passes in a 31-28 loss to the Dolphins.

(8) Jim Miller throws for 422 and 357 yards
Nov. 14 and 21, 1999
Miller had two of the most prolific games by a passer in Bears history, throwing for 422 yards in an overtime loss to the Vikings at Soldier Field and 357 yards in an overtime win over the Chargers in San Diego. The 422 yards are the fourth most in Bears history and the 357 yards are tied for the 14th most.

(7) Clutch overtime wins

The Bears kept their playoff hopes alive by recording back-to-back overtime wins at Soldier Field on Robbie Gould field goals of 38 yards in a 27-24 Thursday night win over the Saints and 35 yards in a 20-17 Monday night victory over the Packers.

(6) Jackson produces two pick-sixes

Eddie Jackson helped lift the Bears to two wins in five days with interception return touchdowns of 27 yards in a 25-20 Sunday night victory over the Vikings and 41 yards to break a 16-16 tie in a 23-16 Thanksgiving win over the Lions.

(5) Hester honored in consecutive weeks
Dec. 3 and 11, 2006
Devin Hester was named NFC special teams player of the week in back-to-back weeks late in his rookie season after he returned a punt 45 yards for a touchdown in a win over the Vikings and followed eight days later with kickoff return TDs of 94 and 96 yards in a Monday night victory over the Rams.

(4) Briggs and Tillman with pick-sixes
Oct. 1 and 7, 2012
Lance Briggs and Charles Tillman became the first teammates in NFL history to each return interceptions for touchdowns in back-to-back games. Briggs had a 74-yarder and Tillman a 25-yarder in a 34-18 Monday night win over the Cowboys. Six days later, both players had 36-yard returns in a 41-3 victory over the Jaguars.

(3) Payton runs wild
Nov. 13 and 20, 1977
The legendary Walter Payton rushed for 192 yards on 33 carries in a 28-27 comeback win over the Chiefs, and followed a week later by setting an NFL record that has since been broken by running for 275 yards on 40 carries in a victory over the Vikings.

(2) Back-to-back playoff shutouts
Jan. 5 and 12, 1986
The famed 1985 Bears became the first team in NFL history to record consecutive postseason shutouts, blanking the Giants 21-0 in a divisional playoff game and the Rams 24-0 in the NFC Championship Game en route to Super Bowl XX.

(1) Brown interception return touchdowns
Oct. 28 and Nov. 4, 2001
Bears safety Mike Brown remains the only player in NFL history to win back-to-back games with interception return touchdowns in overtime. He capped comeback wins on consecutive Sundays at Soldier Field with returns of 33 yards against the 49ers and 16 yards versus the Browns.
