Detroit's opening drive comes to a halt when Jared Allen sacks quarterback Matthew Stafford to force a punt.

After the Lions regain possession, Reggie Bush takes a screen pass 21 yards to move the chains on 4th-and-6. On the very next play, Bush runs in a 13-yard touchdown.

Bears quarterback Jimmy Clausen finds a rhythm at the end of the first quarter, hitting Marquees Wilson for a 17-yard gain and Matt Forte for a pickup of 10.

With the ball on the Lions' 1-yard line, the Bears opt to go for it on 4th down, but Clausen's pass to Eben Britton falls incomplete.

Detroit drives the ball into Chicago territory, until Stafford is intercepted by safety Brock Vereen in the end zone.

Following a Bears punt, Stafford again marches the Lions down the field, only to again be picked off, this time by Ryan Mundy at the Chicago 1-yard line.

The Bears are forced to punt, but the kick is muffed. Chicago's Sherrick McManis falls on the loose ball to give the team another possession.

On the very next play, Clausen hits Matt Forte for an 11-yard touchdown pass to tie the score at 7-7.

Detroit tries to gain some yards at the end of the first half, but Stafford is sacked by Jeremiah Ratliff to end the second quarter.

Stafford finds Bush for a gain of 14, putting Lions kicker Matt Prater in position to kick a field goal to make the score 10-7.

Following a roughing the punter call that extends the Chicago drive, Clausen finds Alshon Jeffery streaking down the sideline for a 20-yard touchdown, giving the Bears a 14-10 lead.

The Lions look to kick another field goal on their ensuing drive, but Prater's 37-yard attempt is blocked by Ratliff to keep Chicago ahead.

Detroit running back Joique Bell runs in a 17-yard touchdown to give Detroit a 17-14 lead.

On 4th-and-10, following another Prater field goal, Clausen is intercepted, giving the Lions possession and the victory.

In his first start of the season, Clausen threw for 181 yards and two touchdowns, but it was not enough as Detroit won 20-14.
