With a nine-yard run in the first quarter, Matt Forte eclipses 1,000 rushing yards on the season, the fifth time he has done so in his career.

Following a Minnesota field goal, Jay Cutler finds Josh Morgan for a 13-yard gain, helping move the Bears down the field.

On fourth down, Cutler runs for a gain of six to move the chains, but the Bears drive stalls and they are forced to punt.

Following a Vikings punt, Cutler works the ball down the field, hitting Alshon Jeffery for a 17-yard gain to set up a 48-yard Jay Feely field goal.

At the end of the first half, Minnesota tries for a late score, but quarterback Teddy Bridgewater is sacked by Bears defensive tackle Jeremiah Ratliff.

On the second play of the second half, Kyle Fuller picks off Bridgewater. After a replay review, the Bears take over on the Minnesota 9-yard line.

Cutler's 7-yard pass to Jeffery is ruled a touchdown, but after replay review, it is changed to incomplete. Feely tacks on another field goal to give Chicago a 6-3 lead.

Bridgewater responds on Minnesota's ensuing drive, hitting Adam Thielen for a 44-yard touchdown to push the Vikings back ahead.

A 22-yard pass from Cutler to Dante Rosario moves Chicago down the field, but Feely is unable to convert again, missing a field goal from 43 yards out.

Following a Vikings field goal in the fourth quarter, Marc Mariani finds a lane on the kickoff return and takes it 67 yards, giving Chicago strong starting field position.

The Bears are unable to reach the end zone following the long return, but Feely tacks on another field goal to make the score 13-9.

With the Vikings looking to run some clock, defensive end David Bass chases down Bridgewater and sacks him for a loss of eight yards.

Minnesota reaches the Chicago 3-yard line, but the team's 4th-and-1 run is stuffed by Jon Bostic, giving the Bears possession with 2:53 remaining in the fourth quarter.

In the shadow of his own end zone, Cutler runs for a gain of 22 to start the Chicago drive.

Cutler connects with Matt Forte for his eighth reception of the game, giving Forte an NFL record 102 catches for the season, the most-ever for a running back.

The Bears turn the ball over to Minnesota after Cutler's 4th-down pass to Martellus Bennett fails to pick up a first down. The Vikings run out the clock and win 13-9, ending the Bears season with a 5-11 record.
