The Bears received the ball first and started with a heavy dose of Matt Forte, as he took handoffs on the game's first four offensive plays.

Following a punt, New England marched down the field and scored, with Tom Brady finding Rob Gronkowski for a 6-yard touchdown.

A strong goal-line stand by the Bears defense forced a field goal by New England, making the score 10-0.

Brady threw his second touchdown of the afternoon when he hit Tim Wright to cap off a 10-play drive.

Chicago responded with a score of its own, as Jay Cutler threw a beautiful pass into the waiting arms of Matt Forte, who went 25 yards for a touchdown.

On New England's ensuring drive, Brady marched his offense down the field again before finding Gronkowski for a 2-yard touchdown.

Following a Chicago punt, Brady threw his fourth touchdown of the half, a 9-yard pass to Brandon LaFell.

On the Bears' next offensive play, the ball is ripped loose from Cutler. Patriots linebacker Rob Ninkovich recovers and runs it back for a touchdown.

Brady keeps it up in the second half, finding Gronkowski again for the tight end's third TD of the afternoon.

Cutler and Martellus Bennett hook up for a 34-yard gain, putting the ball in New England territory.

Three plays later, Cutler finds Bennett again for an acrobatic, 20-yard touchdown grab.

Following a New England field goal, Cutler goes back to work, with long throws to Bennett and Alshon Jeffery.

Jeffery finishes the drive a 10-yard touchdown, with Matt Forte adding a 2-point conversion.

Defensive end Lamarr Houston records his first sack with the Bears, taking down Patriots quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Houston, however, suffered an injury on the play.

Jeffery finishes with 59 receiving yards, including a 22-yard grab on the final drive.

The Patriots win the game 51-23, dropping Chicago's record to 3-5.
