In 2009, the Bears acquired quarterback Jay Cutler in a blockbuster trade with the Broncos.

In 1959, former cornerback Leslie Frazier was born. Frazier played five seasons with the Bears and was a starter on the Super Bowl XX championship team.

In 1910, Hall of Fame lineman George Musso was born. Musso spent his entire NFL career with the Bears from 1933-44, helping them win four league championships.

In 2012, Bears Hall of Fame middle linebacker Brian Urlacher was presented with the prestigious Ed Block Courage Award.

In 1916, Hall of Fame guard Danny Fortmann was born. Fortmann played his entire NFL career with the Bears from 1936-43, helping the Monsters of the Midway win NFL championships in 1940, '41 and '43.

In 2014, the Bears matched an offer sheet Kyle Fuller had signed with the Packers and inked the veteran cornerback to a four-year contract.
