HOW TO ENTER: The 2022 Chicago Bears PNC VISA Bingo Game will begin on September 9, 2022, and will end on January 8, 2023 (the "Bingo Game"). The Bingo Game will be divided into seventeen (17) separate entry periods (each, an "Entry Period"). You can play the Bingo Game each Entry Period beginning at the official start of each Chicago Bears regular season football game (each a "Football Game") and ending at the official end of each Football Game. The Bingo Game card selection as further described in 2(c) below will be made available two days prior to the official start of each Football Game and conclude upon the official end of each Football Game ("Bingo Game Card Selection"). Entry period schedule as follows:

* Each Bingo Game Card Selection during the applicable Entry Period begins two days prior to the Football Game official start and ends with Football Game official end.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Bingo Game is open to all legal residents of the United States ages 18 years and over as of the date of entry, excluding residents of Florida, New York, and Rhode Island. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc. ("Sponsor" or "Chicago Bears"), PNC Bank, National Association ("PNC"), Visa U.S.A. Inc. ("Visa"), and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO PLAY THE BINGO GAME:

A. Download the Chicago Bears Official App. To play the Game, an eligible participant must download the free "Chicago Bears Official App" available at the Apple App Store and/or Google Play (the "**Chicago Bears Official App**") to the participant's Internet-enabled phone, smartphone, tablet or pad (collectively "**Digital Device**").

B. Online Registration. Once the Chicago Bears Official App is installed on your Digital Device and registration is completed, navigate to the "More" menu, select "Bears Game Room", and click on "Bears Bingo". If a user is not already logged in, they will be able to do so by either clicking on Bears Ticket Account, Bears App Account or Create an Account on the resulting screen and by following the instructions to complete the required online registration form fields as follows: (a) enter your first and last name, your personal email address and confirm it, then create password (passwords are case sensitive and should have 8 or more characters) and confirm it; then confirm that you have read, understand and unconditionally agree to the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy by clicking on the applicable box. You will also be given the option to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. Sponsor's marketing emails are not related to playing the Bingo Game, and whether or not you elect to receive such marketing emails will have no effect on your ability to enter or your chances of winning a prize in the Bingo Game. You can "opt out" at any time from receiving marketing communications from the Sponsor by clicking on the "Manage Your Preferences" link found at the bottom of any such Communication and following the instructions. Even if you do not opt in to receive marketing emails from the Sponsor or if you later opt out, Sponsor reserves the right to send you emails about the Bingo Game.

C. Playing the Game. Once the Chicago Bears Official App is installed on your Digital Device and registration is completed, navigate to the "More" menu, select "Bears Game Room", and click on "Bears Bingo" to enter the Bingo Game for the applicable Entry Period. For your Bingo Game Card Selection for the applicable Entry Period, you will have the option to (i) select five (5) squares of your choice and the remaining spaces will be randomly selected, or (ii) select a completely randomly generated electronic Bingo playing card and your selection will appear on the screen of your mobile device. Events will automatically check off on your Bingo game board as they occur by the Official Scorer on the playing field (each, a "Bingo Game Event"). Participants are encouraged to hit "refresh" at any time to make sure they did not miss a Bingo Game Event. You may participate in Bingo only via the Chicago Bears Official App using your Digital Device. No other method of entry will be accepted. There are three (3) ways to win: "Original Bingo", "#1 Bingo", and "Letter C Bingo" (each, a "Bingo Winning Event") as follows:

(1) Original Bingo - Five (5) Bingo Game Events marked off in a row, column or diagonally; or,

(2) #1 Bingo - Bingo Game Events marked off such that they form the number 1 across the entire bingo board; or,

(3) Letter C Bingo – Bingo Game Events marked off in such a way that they form the letter C across the entire bingo board.

Upon a Bingo Winning Event, a bingo button in the Chicago Bears Official App will begin to pulse and you must tap on the button in order to submit your Bingo game board as a potential winning entry. YOU MUST HIT THE PULSING BUTTON (ORIGINAL BINGO, #1 BINGO, AND LETTER C BINGO) IN ORDER TO WIN.

D. Online Access Only. You may enter the Bingo Game only through the Chicago Bears Official App using your Digital Device. No other method of entry will be accepted.

3. PRIZES: For Each Entry Period, participants have the opportunity to win the following Prizes as follows:

"Original Bingo Prize": The first twenty (20) participants to tap the pulsing button during such Entry Period for Original Bingo will be "Original Bingo Winners" and each Original Bingo Winner will receive a $20.00 online code to the Chicago Bears Pro Shop.

"#1 Bingo Prize": The first ten (10) participants to tap the pulsing button during such Entry Period for #1 Bingo will be "#1 Bingo Winners" and each #1 Bingo Winner will receive a $50.00 online code to the Chicago Bears Pro Shop.

"Letter C Bingo Prize": The first participant to hit the pulsing button during such Entry Period for a Letter C Bingo will be "Letter C Bingo Winner" and Letter C Bingo Winner will receive a Chicago Bears autographed item. Approximate Retail Value of each Letter C Bingo Prize $200-400.

Original Bingo Prize, #1 Bingo Prize, and Letter C Bingo Prize for each Entry Period each a "Prize" and collectively referred to as "Prizes".

Original Bingo Winners, #1 Bingo Winners, and Letter C Bingo Winner each a "Prize Winner" and collectively referred to as "Prize Winners".

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equal value should any unforeseen circumstances occur. All state, federal, and local taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winners. No Prize substitutions or cash redemption will be made except Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

4. WINNER'S LIST: For a Prize Winners List, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: The Chicago Bears Football Club, Inc., Attn: 2022 Chicago Bears PNC Visa Bingo Game Winners List, 1920 Football Drive, Lake Forest, Illinois 60045. Requests must be received by January 15, 2023.

5. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Bingo Game, each participant accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respect. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertisement, promotional or marketing materials, or other announcements relating to the Bingo Game, these Official Rules govern. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Bingo Game at any time. Sponsor may amend these Official Rules by posting such amended Official Rules on www.chicagobears.com

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY/DISCLAIMERS: BY ENTERING THE BINGO GAME, ALL PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO FOREVER WAIVE, RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE SPONSOR, PNC, VISA, THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, AS WELL AS EACH RESPECTIVE PARTIES OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, ATTORNEYS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, CONTRACTORS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND INSURERS (COLLECTIVELY "RELEASED PARTIES") FOR AND FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEBTS, LIABILITIES, DEMANDS, OBLIGATIONS, COSTS, FEES, EXPENSES, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION WHATSOEVER, OF EVERY NATURE, CHARACTER AND DESCRIPTION (COLLECTIVE, "CLAIMS"), KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL THOSE ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE BINGO GAME; THESE OFFICIAL RULES; PARTICIPANT'S ENTRY; THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES; THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; AND ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE BINGO GAME. IN ADDITION, EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) INCOMPLETE, LOST, LATE, MISDIRECTED OR ILLEGIBLE ENTRIES OR FOR FAILURE TO RECEIVE ENTRIES DUE TO ANY CAUSE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, HUMAN, TRANSMISSION, OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS, FAILURES, OR MALFUNCTIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ORIGINATING WITH SENDER OR OTHERWISE, THAT MAY LIMIT AN PARTICIPANT'S ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE BINGO GAME; OR (II) ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE BINGO GAME AND/OR THE USE OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES AND DAMAGES RELATED TO PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, DAMAGE TO, LOSS OR DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY, OR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, INJURIES, LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RELATED TO OR BASED ON THE PARTICIPANT'S RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY, OR THE PARTICIPANT'S CLAIM THAT HE OR SHE HAS SOMEHOW BEEN DEFAMED OR PORTRAYED IN A FALSE LIGHT.)

BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, PARTICIPANT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT HE OR SHE OWNS AND/OR HAS THE AUTHORITY TO RELEASE THE CLAIMS STATED HEREIN. FURTHER, BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY OR ACCEPTING ANY PRIZE, ALL PARTICIPANTS AND PRIZE WINNER EXPRESSLY AGREE TO AT ALL TIMES DEFEND, HOLD HARMLESS, AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES FROM AND AGAINST ALL CLAIMS OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES AND DISBURSEMENTS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE BINGO GAME; THESE OFFICIAL RULES; PARTICIPANT'S ENTRY; THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES; THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE; AND ANY PARTICIPATION IN THE BINGO GAME.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ENTRIES OR PRIZE NOTIFICATION EMAILS THAT ARE LOST, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, GARBLED, DELAYED BY COMPUTER TRANSMISSION OR DAMAGED.

THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS, NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL PRODUCTIONS LLC AND NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "NFL ENTITIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS GIVEAWAY OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. THE NFL ENTITIES, OTHER THAN THE CHICAGO BEARS FOOTBALL CLUB, INC., HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS BINGO GAME IN ANY WAY.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Bingo Game, each participant irrevocably grants the Released Parties the right to use each such participant's name, photograph, image, video, biographical information, in any and all media for any purpose, including, without limitation, advertising and promotional purposes and each participant hereby releases the Released Parties from any liability with respect thereto, except where prohibited. By entering this Bingo Game, participant permits the Released Parties to utilize participant's contact information provided by participant on the entry form to contact participant for any reason via phone, email, and/or mail. Completion of the entry form constitutes assent to these written terms.

8. ADDITIONAL DISCLAIMERS: If the Bingo Game is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including, without limitation, because of a printing error, human error, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other cause which corrupt or threaten to corrupt or adversely affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Bingo Game, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Bingo Game, including awarding the prizes from among eligible entries received prior to the date of the cancellation, modification or suspension. All participants, as a condition of entry, agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from this Bingo Game. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has violated these Official Rules. Participants further agree to not knowingly damage or cause interruption of the Bingo Game and/or prevent others from using the Bingo Game. Any person who supplies false information, obtains entries by fraudulent means, or is otherwise determined to be in violation of these official rules in an attempt to obtain any prize will forfeit any prize won and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

9. GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANTS, SPONSOR OR RELEASED PARTIES IN CONNECTION WITH THE BINGO GAME SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE'S LAWS.

10. PARTICIPANTS' PRIVACY: Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with an participant's participation in this Bingo Game will be used by Sponsor, its respective affiliates, and agents only for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Bingo Game, as described in these Official Rules, and in any manner consistent with Sponsor's respective Privacy Policy, available at https://www.chicagobears.com/about/privacy-policy.
