Allison Haley enters her second year with the Bears in 2025, her first as an assistant strength and conditioning coach. Haley spent 2024 with Chicago as a seasonal strength and conditioning aiding the full-time staff. Haley focused on the return to sport group, players recovering from serious injuries, as well as running warm ups and mobility circuits. Along with traditional weight room duties, Haley worked alongside the teams' sports science staff to apply data technologies to the strength program.
Prior to joining the Bears, Haley spent a year working as a strength and conditioning coach for Villanova University football. Haley began her professional career an Exercise Physiologist at Zarett Rehab and Fitness.
A Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, native, Haley graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
