Matt Pees enters his first season as a defensive analyst - advance/special projects for the Chicago Bears. He previously served as a defensive assistant for the Falcons from 2021-23. From 2018-19, he was with the Titans as a quality control coach.

In between those stints, he served as head football coach at Findlay High School in Ohio. He is the son of longtime NFL defensive coordinator Dean Pees.
