Reshard Langford joins the Bears in 2025 in an assistant strength and conditioning role.
Langford most recently has served as a strength and conditioning coach for the United States Tennis Association (USTA) from 2018-24, working with the world's top professional tennis players. Prior to his time with USTA, Langford spent two seasons with the Minnesota Vikings, aiding the club's strength and conditioning operations, first in an intern capacity (2016), before being promoted to an assistant role (2017).
Before entering the coaching ranks, Langford had a four-year tenure in the NFL, spending time as a defensive back with the Philadelphia Eagles (2009), Kansas City Chiefs (2009-11) and Detroit Lions (2012).
A native of Tanner, Ala., Langford was a team captain and four-year starter at safety for Vanderbilt, appearing in 48 career games for the Commodores and earning Southeastern Conference All-Freshman honors in 2005. Langford and his wife, Jasmine have two children – Rocco and Evie.
