The Bears on Saturday placed center Lucas Patrick on injured reserve, sidelining him for Sunday's season finale against the Packers in Green Bay.
Patrick was added to the injury report Friday as questionable with a calf injury that limited him in practice. The seven-year pro appeared in the Bears' first 16 games this season, starting 15 contests.
The Bears on Saturday also signed cornerback Greg Stroman Jr. from the practice squad to the active roster and flexed center Doug Kramer Jr. and cornerback Christian Matthew from the practice squad to the active roster.
Stroman has appeared in seven games with one start this season, registering 19 tackles, one interception, three tackles-for-loss and one pass breakup.
Matthew has played in five games, while Kramer has appeared in one contest.
