The Bears on Wednesday signed cornerback Joejuan Williams off the Minnesota Vikings practice squad.
Williams, 25, has appeared in 36 NFL games with one start in three seasons with the New England Patriots, registering 44 tackles and eight pass breakups. He was selected by New England in the second round of the 2019 draft out of Vanderbilt.
Williams signed with the Vikings in April. He was waived as part of final cuts and re-signed to Minnesota's practice squad the next day.
