One day after agreeing to acquire defensive lineman Darrell Taylor in a trade with the Seahawks, the Bears made another deal Saturday that addressed the same position group.

The Bears on Friday bolstered their pass rush by agreeing to acquire veteran defensive lineman Darrell Taylor from the Seahawks in exchange for a 2025 sixth-round draft pick, pending a physical.

The Bears on Tuesday locked up a key member of their offense by signing star receiver DJ Moore to a four-year contract extension through the 2029 season.

The Bears on Wednesday signed quarterback Caleb Williams to a four-year contract that includes a fifth-year option because he was a first-round draft pick. All five of the team's 2024 draft picks are now under contract.

The Bears on Tuesday signed veteran receiver/return specialist DeAndre Carter to a one-year contract. Carter appeared in four games with the Bears in 2020.

The Bears on Monday re-signed veteran tight end Marcedes Lewis to a one-year contract. Lewis has played 18 NFL seasons, the most by a tight end in league history.

The Bears on Thursday signed rookie fifth-round choice Austin Booker, a defensive end from Kansas, to a four-year contract. 

The Bears on Tuesday signed third-round draft pick Kiran Amegadjie, an offensive tackle from Yale, to a four-year contract.

The Bears on Monday signed six players who participated in last week's rookie minicamp on a tryout basis, including veteran receiver Freddie Swain and tight end Tommy Sweeney.

The Bears on Saturday signed fourth-round pick Tory Taylor, a punter from Iowa, to a four-year contract. Taylor is the first member of the Bears' 2024 draft class to sign his rookie deal.
