2023 SEASON (BEARS):

• Appeared in all 17 games this season (four starts)

2022 SEASON (PACKERS):

• Started all 17 games and had six receptions for 66 yards (11.0 avg.) and two TDs
• Vs. N.Y. Giants (Oct. 9): Started and played 32 snaps, posting a 2-yard TD reception midway through the second quarter, his first receiving TD since Nov. 29, 2020, vs. Chicago
• At Chicago (Dec. 4): Appeared on 28 plays on offense, helping to clear the way for the Packers' 175 rushing yards on 32 carries (5.5 avg.). Also caught a pass from QB Aaron Rodgers for a two-point conversion that gave Green Bay a two-score lead (28-19) with less than two minutes remaining, the second two-point conversion of his career (vs. Indianapolis on Dec. 3, 2017)
• At Miami (Dec. 25): Started and played 29 snaps, finishing with two receptions for 32 yards (16.0 avg.) and a TD. With 4:10 remaining in the first quarter, caught a 1-yard TD pass from Rodgers on fourth down to tie the game at 10. On the Packers' opening drive of the second half, made a season-long 31-yard catch down the left sideline to the Miami 7, setting up RB AJ Dillon's 1-yard TD run two plays later to tie the game at 20

2021 SEASON (PACKERS):

• Started all 17 games and posted 23 receptions for 214 yards (9.3 avg.)
• His 23 catches were his most in a season in a Green Bay uniform (since 2018)
• Vs. Chicago (Dec. 12): Made his 200th career regular-season start and hauled in a season-high four passes for 51 yards (12.8 avg.), his most receiving yards in a game as a Packer
• At Baltimore (Dec. 19): Posted three receptions for 40 yards (13.3 avg.), highlighted by a season-long 23-yard grab down to the Baltimore 6 early in the fourth quarter. It marked his second straight game with three-plus catches and 40-plus receiving yards, his first time doing so since 2013 (Weeks 15-17)

2020 SEASON (PACKERS):

• Started all 15 games he appeared in and had 10 catches for 107 yards (10.7 avg.) and three TDs
• Helped clear holes for an offense that ranked No. 8 in the league in rushing (132.4 ypg) and No. 7 in yards per carry (4.78)
• Also started both postseason games and posted three receptions for 28 yards (9.3 avg.)
• Vs. Detroit (Sept. 20): Helped the Packers rack up a season-high 259 rushing yards on 35 carries (7.4 avg.), the top yardage total for Green Bay since Dec. 28, 2003, vs. Denver (262 yards on 34 carries). Added a 4-yard reception
• At New Orleans (Sept. 27): Hauled in an 18-yard TD pass late in the third quarter, his longest receiving TD since a 30-yarder vs. Baltimore on Sept. 24, 2017, when he was with the Jaguars
• Vs. Atlanta (Oct. 5): Inactive (knee), snapping a streak of 51 consecutive regular-season games played

2019 SEASON (PACKERS):

• Played in all 16 games with 11 starts and posted 15 receptions for 156 yards (10.4 avg.) and a TD
• Started both postseason contests and had two receptions for 14 yards (7.0 avg.)
• Vs. Detroit (Oct. 14): Caught two passes for 50 yards (25.0 avg.), a pair of 25-yard grabs. It marked the first time he had posted two receptions of 25-plus yards in a game since he did so at Indianapolis on Dec. 29, 2013, when he played for the Jaguars
• At N.Y. Giants (Dec. 1): Posted his first TD in a Green Bay uniform, hauling in a 1-yard pass from Rodgers for the score midway through the fourth quarter
• Vs. Chicago (Dec. 15): Started and played 32 snaps in his 200th career regular-season game..
• At Minnesota (Dec. 23): Helped to clear the way for the Packers' season-high 184 rushing yards on 32 carries (5.8 avg.)

2018 SEASON (PACKERS):

• Played in all 16 games with four starts in his first season with the Packers, seeing time on offense and special teams
• Posted three catches for 39 yards (13.0 avg.)
• Vs. San Francisco (Oct. 15): Made his first start in a Green Bay uniform
• At New England (Nov. 4): Posted his first catch with the Packers, hauling in a 5-yard pass from Rodgers late in the third quarter
• Vs. Miami (Nov. 11): Registered a season-long 30-yard grab on third down in the third quarter down to the Miami 22

2017 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Started all 16 games and led the Jaguars with five receiving TDs
• Finished with 24 receptions for 318 yards (13.3 avg.)
• Helped the Jaguars lead the league in rushing (141.4 ypg) for the first time in franchise history
• Blocked for a Jacksonville rushing attack that registered a league-best 11 games with 135-plus rushing yards, four more than any other team
• Part of a blocking unit that allowed a franchise-low 24 sacks on the season, tied for the third fewest in the league
• Vs. Baltimore (Sept. 24): Posted a career-best three TD catches (17, 30, 4 yards), tying the single-game franchise record held by Robinson and Smith. Was the only NFL tight end to catch three TD passes in a game in 2017. Finished with four receptions for 62 yards (15.5 avg.) on the day
• At Pittsburgh (Oct. 8): Helped the Jaguars post a season-high 231 rushing yards on 37 carries (6.2 avg.), the team's top rushing game since Dec. 12, 2010 (234 yards vs. Oakland)
• At Indianapolis (Oct. 22): Caught two passes for 29 yards (14.5 avg.), including a 5-yard TD grab in the first quarter
• At New England (AFC Championship, Jan. 21): Registered the first postseason TD of his career when he hauled in a 4-yard catch from QB Blake Bortles early in the second quarter

2016 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Started all 10 games that he appeared in, posting 20 receptions for 169 yards (8.5 avg.) and a TD
• Was placed on injured reserve (calf) on Nov. 21 and missed the final six contests
• Vs. Green Bay (Sept. 11): Caught two passes for 48 yards (24.0 avg.), including a season-long 37-yard gain on a screen
• At San Diego (Sept. 18): Hauled in two passes for 17 yards (8.5 avg.), including a 4-yard TD grab

2015 SEASON (JAGUARS):

2013 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Played in and started 11 games, posting 25 receptions for 359 yards (14.4 avg.) and four TDs
• Missed five of the first six games with a calf injury suffered in the preseason
• At Cleveland (Dec. 1): Caught three passes for 26 yards (8.7 avg.), including an 8-yard TD grab from RB Maurice Jones-Drew in the second quarter
• Vs. Houston (Dec. 5): Posted two receptions for 42 yards (21.0 avg.) and a TD
• Vs. Buffalo (Dec. 15): Hauled in four passes for 54 yards (13.5 avg.), including a 13-yard TD reception in the fourth quarter that tied the game at 20

2012 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Appeared in all 16 games with 15 starts and ranked No. 3 on the team with 52 receptions for 540 yards (10.4 avg.) and four TDs, the second-best reception and yardage totals of his career
• At Minnesota (Sept. 9): Caught five passes for 52 yards (10.4 avg.), hauling in a 1-yard TD pass from QB Blaine Gabbert in the first quarter
• Vs. Cincinnati (Sept. 30): Posted three receptions for 32 yards (10.7 avg.) and a TD
• At Houston (Nov. 18): Registered a season-high two TD grabs, finishing with three receptions for 40 yards (13.3 avg.)
• At Buffalo (Dec. 2): Hauled in four passes for 68 yards (17.0 avg.), with three of the catches picking up first downs
• At Tennessee (Dec. 30): Posted a career-high 103 yards receiving on seven receptions (14.7 avg.), matching his career high for catches. Became just the fourth TE in franchise history at that point to record a 100-yard receiving game

2011 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Started all 15 games he appeared in, leading the Jaguars with 460 receiving yards on 39 receptions (11.8 avg.)
• Was one of five TEs in the league to lead his team in receiving yards
• At Cleveland (Nov. 20): Led the team with a career-best seven catches for 64 yards (9.1 avg.)
• Vs. Tampa Bay (Dec. 11): Caught two passes for 77 yards (38.5 avg.), highlighted by a season-long 62-yard grab

2010 SEASON (JAGUARS):

• Started all 16 games and was named to his first career Pro Bowl after posting career highs in receptions (58), receiving yards (700) and receiving TDs (10)
• Became the first TE in franchise history to be selected to the Pro Bowl

• Led NFL tight ends with an average of 16.2 yards per catch, the top mark by an NFL tight end (min. 32 rec.) since Wilford posted a 16.6-yard average in 2005

• Helped pave the way for Jacksonville to rank No. 2 in the league with 2,391 rushing yards (149.4 ypg), the third most in team history
• Also started both postseason games, hauling in six passes for 90 yards (15.0 avg.)

• Helped the Jaguars set a single-season franchise record with 2,541 rushing yards (158.8 ypg, No. 3 in the NFL)
• Part of an offense that posted a franchise-record nine 150-yard rushing games, tied for the most in the NFL on the season
• At Washington (Oct. 1): Posted the first catches of his career, hauling in two passes for 40 yards (20.0 avg.), including a 31-yarder to the Washington 21 early in the fourth quarter that set up a TD on the next play
• Vs. N.Y. Jets (Oct. 8): Made his first NFL start as the Jaguars opened up with three tight ends
