Matt Eberflus enters his third season at the helm of the Chicago Bears in 2024 after being named the 17th head coach in franchise history on January 27th, 2022. A 32-year coaching veteran, Eberflus commences his 16th year on NFL sidelines in 2024, having coordinated and led some of the league's top-ranked defenses for nearly the last decade.

Shane Waldron enters his first season as offensive coordinator after joining the Bears staff on January 22, 2024. He spent the previous three seasons with the Seattle Seahawks in the same role. Waldron helped guide the Seahawks to two winning-seasons in his three years in Seattle and brings 19 years of coaching experience to the Bears, including 10 in the NFL.

After beginning his NFL coaching career with the Bears in 2008, Washington returns to Chicago as the team's defensive coordinator after spending the previous four seasons in Buffalo (2020-23). In 2023, Washington was promoted to assistant head coach/defensive line coach. He originally joined the Bills in 2020 as their defensive line coach before he was promoted to the senior defensive assistant/defensive line coach for the 2022 season.

Richard Hightower enters his third season as the Chicago Bears special teams coordinator in 2024 and his fourth year overall in Chicago after previously serving as the club’s assistant special teams coach in 2016.
